I made the BEST soup for dinner

DH is a vegetarian so it's hard to find things that he can eat and I will like. This one is both! I can't wait to eat it again for lunch tomorrow. Oh... and it was super easy. It took me 15 minutes to cup everything up and then it just sits on the stove.

Can I ask you a question? It sounds like your DH is a veggie but you aren't. Is your DC a veggie as well? How did you decide on that? Just curious, hope you don't mind me asking
