Ok. So while pg I gained 5 pounds. I was about 10-15 pounds over weight as it was. So now I have zero energy. I have alot of stress going on in my life and I have the pg weight that I can't seem to lose (which has alot to do with my lack of exercise and overeating). Anyone else having this issue? I feel gross right now and I have not been this heavy in 4 years (lost 100 pounds about 4 1/2 years ago and until recently kept it all off...now 20 of it is back).

Re: Issues with weight loss
I feel the same way. I had been eating like a pig before I got my BFP. It was the holidays, and I was going to start focusing on weight loss after the holidays, when my work was starting a biggest loser challenge. I figured, if there is a prize for losing the most weight, it wouldn't hurt to have a lot to lose!
The day the challenge started, I got my BFP. Now I have to lose not only the pg weight I put on (~5 lbs), but I have all of that Christmas/Thanksgiving weight to lose. I feel overwhelmed.
I did spend some of the money I was putting away for maternity clothes on adding an extra day a week of yoga classes. I'm hoping upping my frequency of working out will help shed the pounds.
I'm so sorry for your loss.

I bet I can make you feel better. I had gone on WW and lost some weight, but was still up 50+ pounds from pre-preg with DD. I gained some weight over the holidays, got my BFP and gained another 4 pounds. I went for a follow-up after my m/c and gained ANOTHER 2 pounds.... its not looking good for me. I just can't make myself care, yet I feel absolutely disgusting and don't fit into any of my clothes.
I am telling myself I am back on WW on Monday - you interested??
Yep - at least you are not alone. I gained about 10 lbs being pregnant and was already 10 to 15 lbs overweight. I started WW after the miscarriage but honestly I just wasn't ready. I've decided to focus on some little changes. I've been walking the dog every night when I get home and just trying to make healthier choices.
