Sorry, work today has been so hectic.  I just wanted to thank all of you ladies for your support the past couple days while we've dealt with SS issues.  Sorry I posted such a long vent and had to run.....hopefully tomorrow I can bump a little more :)

    I didn't reply to your other post but I agree that you should stand your ground.  Dealing with some of the same issue here but my teens are younger and adopted, not stepchildren.  I think the attitude would be there whether you were his "real " mom or step.
