    Honestly, I went to B&N, looked up their ratings in the current edition of Baby Bargains and went with the best rated one that we could afford.

    It is overwhelming and if they are on the market then they meet the saftey regulations.

    You both have gorgeous children!!!

    I love my Britax convertible carseat!  I  bought it on amazon last year on sale.  They are a little pricey...but compared to our Eddie Bauer ones- it's worth it.

    Ditto. There are no "rankings", meaning they're all safe. I'd get one that has high height and weight limits, and that fits in your car.

    All the babies in the siggies here are adorable  ^^

    I have 2 different Britax (roundabout for DH's car, and Marathon for my car).  We're still using the infant seat though.
