im 29 weeks, and normally by the time I am awake, the baby is very active to wear i can feel her little knees and elbows etc. it usually feels like she is just kicking so much she is trying to get out
I have felt maybe 5 movements total and i've been up since about 9. they are very weak movemnts not the strong ones im used to. Yesterday was perfectly normal, she was crazy as usual, and i love it. So today so far I drank orange juice, had some cereal and a muffin. I have been drinking water and laying on my left side, then switching thinking she might get moving, cause that usually works, but nothing. I took a little walk w/ the dogs and fiance in the snow storm!! (upstate NY!) and now im back in bed hoping for some jabs. I should probably just call the doctor. and tell them i've been doign what i should be all morning. First baby here, so they probably think im over reacting.
i guess i'll wait an hour at the most and then give them a little call. the roads should clear up for a bit! HOPEFULLY!
Re: thinking of calling doc....no movement!!
This happened to me last week and my Doc had me come in right away. Even though everything was perfectly fine and my LO was just having a bit of a lazy day my Dr. said that I should ALWAYS call if I feel a decrease in movement because the sooner they are able to do a scan the better the chances are that they can do soemthing to help if there is in fact a problem.
I'd call your Dr...it will ease your mind and you'll get to see your baby girl!

If you are concerned, make the call. Better safe than sorry.
Again, you have felt her, so odds are everyhing is fine.
