I purchased a Kozy Pal cart cover in early February from the In Stock section of her website. I paid for the cover and recieved an e-mail confirming my purchase. Last week, I thought it was strange how it has not arrived yet, so I e-mailed her. No response. I called and the number to her business is no longer working. I have e-mailed her 5 times and no response. I am trying to figure out how to get my money back right now, but I wanted to warn other nesties to stay away from this business.

i just found her fan page on facebook - it looks like there have been several problems ... like she dropped off the radar or something.
so sorry you're dealing with this. and yes, i would still try to dispute with your debit card company. just as a psa though, it's always best to use a cc for online shopping (the charges are easier to dispute and you have better protection that way). we always use our amex when shopping online.

Nope. The confirmation of purchase e-mail said I would get a shipment notice in 24-48 hours. I never got it but figured it would just come to the door one day. Once I started investigating, I realized that it appears this lady had abandoned her business.
I think there was something on the Baby Bargains Book Blog a few days ago too. They had some complaints since they recommend her in the book.

that is really sh!tty. My sister has one of those and highly recommends it. I just didn't want to wait to get it and wanted it ASAP, so we got ours from BRU. Hmm.

Look like she has personal family things going on. I hope nothing tragic has happened, but she should definitely put something on her website. I've noticed that there is a big decrease in designs for the In Stock ones.
From the other complaints it looks like you will get it, just delayed.
