Alas..I guess this pregnancy was not to be...I was hoping to be celebrating my 11th week, but I just discovered that my baby passed at 8 wks 5 days.. apparently he was competing for a blood supply with the numerous fibroids that occupy my uterus..and my baby lost...the devastation I feel is immeasurable, but I KNOW that God is good and everything happens for a reason..I am told that if we want to have a child I would have to see a fertility specialist to help keep me pregnant because of the many fibroids and the danger they pose to a growing fetus...Dh says its too early in the game to give up.. but this is the second time I hve m/c'd so we shall see.. I think I will be off of the boards for a little while... its still too painful for me to accept that there will be no Graceson or Olivia..but again I say God is good and He is my comfort.. Edit.. I know how painful and scary these posts can be to you guys and I dont wish to cause you guys any more anquish so I apologize in advance.. Just continue to do everything in your power so that your baby will have the best fighting chance possible.. I wish nothing but good health and happy babies to you all in another 7 or 8 months!!!!!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. Please don't apologize for posting. As scary as it is, 20% of recognized pregnancies end in a loss even though miscarriage is not talked about openly, and you deserve all the support we can give you. I'm glad you have your faith and a supportive DH as well. The ladies on MC/PL and when you're ready TTCAL were also very helpful after my loss. Please take care of yourself.
