Making Hair Bows

Do any of you ladies make your bows for DD? I am wanting to get started but am having trouble finding some of the materials. I can't find where to buy the stretchy lace, or other such materials to make the headbands. Any suggestions?

I've made some for my future neice { I have a son so no bows for us =( }

I've not ever made the stretchy headband kind {for newborns and infants}, but I've made the boutique kind using small barettes and alligator clips. Here's my blog post with a link to the free Online tutorial: HERE

Ditto what Amanda said. I've just made the hair bow kind, without the headband. DD hates anything around her head and immediately pulls it off.

I can usually keep hairbows on her for a little while, though!

Um I wish I had known this when I was looking for these things like three weeks ago!! I posted on here about it but no one told me she did them I would have bought them from her.

Awesome ladies! Thanks for the help. I was able to find the crochet stuff yesterday, but still no stretchy lace. Oh well. Rachel. Checking out your stuff now!
