How do you clean LO's mouth?

Every time I try to get in there with a finger brush, DS just tries to bite it or doesn't let me get back far enough on his tongue. Therefore, he's starting to get a white film on it and it's bugging me that I can't get in there to clean it out properly!

    I just use the finger brush.  He does gnaw on it.  I have never cleaned his tongue with it before....maybe I should lol
