chaffing?

In between my breasts there is an area that is itchy with the skin peeling, like if you had a brush burn on your knee. Except it's bw my boobs. Is this chaffing? Is there a cream I can put on it to help? I use cocoa butter for stretch marks, but it doesn't help with the itchy dry area. Any suggestions?

Is it painful? When I've chaffed, it's been red, somewhat bumpy, and fairly uncomfortable. Cornstarch works well, so does powder (gold bond or unscented).

It's not painful, unless I rub the area. It is a little uncomfortable, red, and bumpy. I will try the gold bond powder
