OMG... today SUCKS!

First it was the car that splashed water all over me, leaving me soaking wet. Then it was coming home to a freezing house and figuring out that our heater wasn't working. $6500 later we're without heat until Thursday, when our new furnace and AC units are installed. And the cherry on the sundae that is my life was talking to my mom and finding out that the doctors think my grandfather has lymphoma, on top of the kidney disease he was diagnosed with last Monday.
I just want to scream and throw things, but I can't, mustn't wake the baby.
Oh, and there's nothing to eat in the house, so I had PB&J for dinner. Seriously?!?

Haha! That's true. I guess I know where she gets it from then.
We're staying here. Thank for it's a rowhome so it never gets too cold and for our space heaters. P always has one in her room anyway because that part of the house gets chilly easily and I just sent DH out for another one for our room.
