I know this is a stupid question but can you use the liquid fabric softener? I know your not supposed to use dryer sheets but was wondering about the liquid. LO's clothes are so full of static!

    I think it just depends on how sensitive their skin is.  I use the non-scented dryer sheets and I know DH has thrown in a regular scented on accident before.  LO has been fine.  I'll start using Downy and regular detergent again after I run out of what I have.

    Try it on one piece of clothing first, then if LO doesn't have a reaction it should be ok for the rest of the clothes!  I am actually doing this right now!
