Via text. I'm so unoriginal. But I'm stuck in a car with my mom, sis, and the couple who invited us to FL. We are driving three hours south to South Beach, Miami. And I'm not sure how to tell my mom yet, lol. Not sure if it'll go well b/c of the wedding and all...

Yes, a BFP and a glorious day on the beach. Be jealous. :-)

Back to telling Jeremy: his first question was 'r u for real?' Then he asked who the dad was. And then if he could just wake up in nine months. But the best line was when he said he knew he'd be able to hold our baby now. (Because that was a major worry after his stroke).

I haven't spoken to him except in texts. :-( I will call as sson as I can. :-(

    Hi Jen!!!!  I just want to say congratulations!  The timing of it all is just too funny but it seems like it did the trick and you and your DH has a great sense of humor. I am sure this will be talked about for years to come.  GL with telling your mom.   You definetly will have to give us the updates.

    I love it!!!  I can't wait for you to talk to him in person, he is going to have the happiest sounding voice.  About your Mom, just wait a while, you don't have to tell her yet, you aren't showing yet, so just wait!
    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.

    I am so jealous! I want the beach (and a BFP of course). When DH told his parents I was pregnant he said, "She's knocked up. I'm not sure who the dad is though." His mom is conservative and very religious and she just got this shocked look on her face.

    So happy for you!!!
