I cannot believe i'm in the 3rd tri

in 3rd Trimester

I cannot believe time has gone so FAST. It seems like i only have a few short months to get everything done, and i don't "feel" ready yet. Hopefully LO will stay put right up to her EDD to give Mommy time to get all the projects around the house done.

Anyone else just starting 3rd tri and feel like you are "behind" on getting stuff done (nursery, baby gear, time off planning)?

    I'm right there with you! I can't believe I'm so far along! Our nursery furniture was ordered in January and we are still waiting for it to come in... so I feel so far behind! The nursery is painted but that's it. Plus, my shower isn't until the end of March so I won't have much to organize or put away until then.

    I need to start the paperwork for my maternity leave but I'm dreading dealing with HR as I hear they are a pain!

    If it makes you feel better, we haven't even looked at nursery furniture yet.. Oh.. and we have no idea where we are putting the nursery. I am so not ready for 3rd tri!

    I am in complete denial that I am in the 3rd tri and might have to actually do something to prepare for the new one's arrival. We are converting our "office" to DD's big girl room and all we've done is move the furniture other than the bed in. It has to be painted, the office desk has to be moved out, and DD's bed has to be moved in. I haven't gone through all DD's old stuff to see what can be used and what new things we'll need to get. And I am getting more tired by the week so I don't know what spare time I am planning on using to get all this stuff done. Ugh. It still seems so surreal, maybe because I am still thinking it is winter and the LO isn't supposed to come until spring, I don't know. Any way you look at it I really should be working on something!
