Need some ideas for a thank you gift for OB nurses and office staff?

Mind you this is my 3rd child in the last 3.5yrs so some of these ladies I've had as my nurse through all three deliveries so I'm looking for some suggestions on what you gave as a thank you.  I'd love to do some baking but have NO time and being a nurse myself I know sometimes when food comes in we are a little leary of if it's even safe to eat :)  Pizza, bagels & fruit, pies, etc?

So any suggestions?

  • Whenever I want to send something to someone I get an Edible Arrangement.  I don't know if you have one of those around you but the fruit is delicious and you can get some of it dipped in chocolate for an extra bonus.  Since it is delivered I would think it wouldn't be as sketchy as something home made.

  • We have a great bakery between my house and my  OB's office.  I always stop and have them make a large tray of cookies and muffins for me.

I'm leary of home made items also, so I wouold never subject anyone to my cooking.

  • My 4th day in the hospital I had my mom get 3 bags of panera bakery stuff/bagels/ coffee cakes and brought that in for the day and morning shifts and we ordered pizzas for the night shift.
  • I did the edible arrangements.

This is what I did for the nurses at the hospital.

  • I am going for another check up on Friday and I ordered a box of treats from Selma's cookies (online) and am taking my midwife a bottle of wine and a stopper.
