Today at work my boss asked when DD would be starting cereal and I responded Oh I don't know if we are going to at all. Then she laughed and said Oh yeah I forgot who I was talking to.
I am very proud that I am willing to do research before making any decision regarding my child. Giving myself and all you mommys like me a pat on the back.

Re: I love being "different"
awesome. Audrey is such a great name if I do say so and Dayton is pretty cool too.
Never heard of that. My DD didn't get a tooth until she was a year old. Should I have not given her any grains until then? Or is there some other standard for late teethers?
I've never heard this either. I have a mommy friend whose daughter literally did not cut a tooth until she was over a year old. I think that it would have been detrimental to her health to reach a year and not have any grains, especially since they are a good source of natural iron.
Oooh, then you'd both be right up the street from me- I'm in Cincy! I'm kind of afraid to go to an AP meeting here, but would love to have some AP mommas nearby!
I didn't know you were from Cincy! I live about 3 hours from there!
I had no idea you were from cinci very cool. There are a couple APish moms on cinci local board too.
I researched... and I gave cereal. *shrug*
Different babies, different parents, different needs.
I am! I am!
Agreed, as always. I gave the OP one laaaaaaaaaarge eyeroll. I always enjoy people who passive aggressively slam others for being uneducated.
you juxtaposed two statements that had nothing to do with each other in the OP.
