In all seriousness - are you drinking enough water? That was the ONLY thing that kept me regular. Even when I was on the iron supplements in 3rd tri. Water water water.
And a cup of coffee, fully loaded, every morning. That does wonders for the digestive system.
Lil' G was born April 25, 2008!
Big C was born September 28, 2011!
Talk to your Dr. about using a pro-biotic. I take "Align" (get it from Costco) and I've had no issues since starting. I highly recommend. There was also some study out there about taking a pro-biotic during pregnancy helps reduce fat stored during pregnancy - but not weight gain - so it was easier to loose the weight post-pregnancy. That last part is probably bunk, but I figured it couldn't hurt!
Target brand colace works wonders too! We were bff's the first 6 months I was pregnant.
LOL at Kerrin. DH is to the extreme of frugal and doesn't have a problem with sandpaper tp either, which is another reason he doesn't get to buy things in warehouses alone.

Oh I've made the rule in my house that No TP is allowed in the house if it doesn't have aloe. Same thing with tissues...has to have aloe or lotion in it. I'm the Hitler of paper products.
When he buys what i call "Prison TP" aka sandpaper, i put it all in the bathroom that he primarily uses.
This made me laugh so hard, I nearly needed TP.
When we lived in Vienna, all we could find was "prison tp". We brought our own Charmin with aloe from the States. I came home twice while living over there and both times I packed TP in my return suit case.

thanks Brandi. I did use that w/ Jax. It sadly didn't really help me much.
I do think it's getting better... as is - thankfully - most of my 1st tri symptoms.

First, I'm sorry for your issues, and believe me I feel your pain.
Secondly...
Yes, it is more gentle, but I wholeheartedly agree

DItto this in 3rd tri too. Except add
4. I hate getting up 2-3 times a night to pee.
5. I hate thinking that I have to pee only to have a little dribble come out.

Yes maam! You can call me Grammy!

Sorry, you're barking up the wrong tree here. I, too, am the purchaser of prison paper. Might as well throw me the Sears & Roebuck catalog.
We may throw Geneva a lifeline and start her off easy with some Charmin. But after she gets the hang of it, it's nuttin' but sandpaper for her!
Crushed ice. From Sonic. Go get you a big ol cup and munch it all day. It keeps you hydrated and also stops the nausea. Win Win.
Oh, and I'm cheap too when it comes to toilet paper. Whatever the store brand is that is a little softer than sandpaper Scott, that's what I go for.
