I have one and love it. I use a smaller stroller now. We keep the chicco stroller in my moms car now. It is good for taller (and short too) people as the handle is adjustable. Yep, it takes up a lot of trunk/back of suv space (I think I remember you also have a grand cherokee...could be wrong) It is super easy to open and close with one hand. I love the stroller, it drives well, you have room in the basket, it has a couple of cup holders and a covered space at the top. The only down side is the space it takes up which should really be expected with a reg size stroller.

cool. space is an issue for me. I think I'll stick with a lightweight style, more like the McClarens, etc.
THANK YOU!
ETA - damn good memory girl! ;-)
I have one too so that helps.
I have this stroller in mmy car now and I really like it. It has a pretty decent basket for the type stroller it is. It also comes with a rain cover with is great for rain and cold/wind. It does not tak up much space at all.
We love ours. My DH is 6'6" and it was the best one we tried for his height. It does take up trunk space, but we have the space so it works for our car. It is definitely easy to fold and unfold and stands up on its own. I have no complaints!

We have the Cortina. It's heavy, in my opinion. It's all what you get used to, but it's heavy. I also suggest trying out any lightweight stroller you get. We bought a Chicco umbrella stroller and both mine and my DH's feet kick the wheels when we walk. The Cortina didn't do that, but a LOT of the other lightweight strollers did.

This is the one I wanted but the above was on sale and I had a coupon, could not beat the deal I got. This one was super awesome though!!!
Love the new siggy pics!!
I have a small suv and it doesnt take up a ton of room....
in fact, I always have 2 strollers in the back of my truck... my cortina and my silver cross pop! they both fit fine!
I have one.....in my opinion, its not that light.
If you are looking for an "easy" stroller to use now that Ava is a toddler.....get a Maclaren one (I just got the Quest and love it!)
To me, the Chicco Cortina is still my big, bulky travel system.
Yes, its "lighter" than some of the other travel systems, but its still your typical travel system stroller.
I only use it when I have Noah so that I can keep him in the infant seat.
Otherwise, I use my Maclaren!
GL!

My Quinny doesn't.
