He did not watch COPS in the labor room?!? ?I cannot imagine the man who was encouraging me to try Bikram yoga watching COPS while his wife was in labor. ?I admit, that gave me a great chuckle - the COPS comment, not the yoga - I am actually actively researching places to take it and trying to figure out a schedule.

a) he was going on and on about how much you'll get from bikram and that he really hopes you go. do not do "hot yoga" to start, make sure it's bikram. i think there are only 2 studios in town but there is another one right out by your house.
b) it made me so mad that i couldn't even speak. do not let his cool demeanor fool you. he loves him some trash tv.
