Hey guys, sorry it's a post and run. But I'll be back in about an hour or so.
I was just wondering for those of you who are being monitored via ultrasound midcycle, are those considered diagnostic for your Dr. or as an IF treatment?
We have full diagnoses coverage, but I'm being billed for the ultrasound that was checking my follies.
I'm new at this part of the TTC journey, so this may be normal, but I just wanted to double check.
Thanks ladies!
Re: ? About midcycle ultrasounds (post & run)
I had mid cycle u/s for my clomid cycles, as well as last month's follistim cycle, and I haven't been billed for any of them yet (& hopefully the same will happen for next months IUI monitoring).
My insurance covers only diagnostic, but apparently they don't charge for the u/s'.
