Flame Free PIP Monday

Let's do another one of these, last time it was pretty fun!

Post your flameful pics of DC, yourself, whatever.

Re: Flame Free PIP Monday

  • Oh no fair!  I won't be able to see any of these!

I'm going to look tonight when I get home and then come back and flame all of you on Tuesday. LOL

  • Loading the player...
  • The other day when he was playing with play-doh, I let him use a knife to help make his creations. It was only a butter knife, but I'm pretty sure this isn't a good habit to start.

What I walked into when he was supposed to be napping... (If you can't tell that is shredded up baby wipes in his crib, wipes hanging out of his mouth, and a "whodunit" look on his face.) Hubby left the wipe case in easy reach. Add the fact that there is a bumper *gasp* in his crib and this might be flameful.

  • Here is my much-too-large-for-the-toy son zooming around the kitchen with Livi perched on the handlebars, mostly naked (she does have a hat and socks on), wearing lead-based Chinese mass produced Mardi Gras beads.

  • Taking pictures in his baseball outfit. Letting him hold a mini bat, you can see it's going straight in the mouth.

ETA: Holy hell! Just realized he's not strapped into that swing, I guess that's the really flameful part.

and I guess most would consider this flameful, 1st cereal at about 5 months

  • He  crawled into a blocked off corner (still not sure how), unplugged the lamp, pulled the cover off his night light, turned it on, and pulled down and emptied a box of tissues...

Mom of the Year right here.

  • I wish I had a photo of this from yesterday. DS turned on the vacuum cleaner that DH left in the living room. He froze, let out a blood curdling scream and while I sat there laughing DH had to pick him up to comfort him. I turned off the vacuum in between my laughter.

  • Here is a snow fort we built him yesterday.  I, of course, was terrified it would collapse in on him.  He didn't even sit in it as he was too scared.  And yes, he has no mittens on.  He took them off to "help" us shovel.

  • DH works 4 day weeks, so he has DS one day a week and SIL comes over to help him out. Luckily she is there because this is a pic she got:

  • His favorite place to hang while I'm *trying* to do the dishes, lol

  • Liam LOVES his little brother.  I always sit very, very close to them when they are at the same level.  This is why:

I shamefully admit, I took a picture, then grabbed Liam.  Mom of the year right here. Embarrassed

This is totally my DH too!  Except I don't have any pictures but I can tell you one day I went to shower (10 mins tops) which was enough time for him to fall asleep on the couch and she decided to venture up our steep old steps (uncarpeted) in her fleece PJs and all bedroom doors were closed so she had nowhere to go but down the stairs, thank goodness she didn't!  She was talking and making noise and so I called out for my hubby from the shower and didn't hear him, so my mommy intuition kicked in, ran out naked into the hallway to find her playing with all the computer cords and smiling saying HI.  Called to my hubby, where is your daughter and he came flying up the stairs.  DH gets how lucky he is and that would never happen again (so I hope!).

  • These are hilarious.  I wish I had pictures.  My computer crashed about a month ago and the pictures went with it.
