  • This is very unusual for me to know what we're having for dinner most of the week!  Our (DH & mine) dinners are usually a little different since I don't eat meat, but I try to make things I can easily throw chicken onto for him. Sometimes, I still end up making 2 full meals.

Whole wheat pasta with broccoli and a sun-dried tomato fettucini sauce, add chicken for DH

Burritos - Beans for me, chicken for DH

Organic four cheese tortellini (from Costco - YUM!) with a bruschetta sauce (from Trader Joe's), served with a salad

For DH - Mozzarella chicken with a white wine sauce, served with some sort of vegetables/Veggie burger or something frozen for me

    Friday - dinner at Precinct

  • We strayed from our meal plan a little last week, so this week I have a few things left from last week to make.

Today was buffalo chicken sandwiches, pasta salad and strawberries

Monday: Tacos, either sweet corn cake or Mexican rice

Tuesday: DH has a weird schedule and I probably won't cook.

Wednesday: Stuffed peppers in the crock pot

Thursday: Chicken with wine sauce, egg noodles, green beans

Friday: Shrimp pesto pasta, salad, garlic bread

Saturday: Pot roast with carrots in the crock pot, mashed potatoes, homemade bread
