    Boo.  How bizarre.  I was hoping for a different result.

    Three words to describe my current state: tired and uncomfortable.

    Boo, I'm sorry!  You're so close, though!

    He did.  What a hassle!  The number listed for the Philadelphia office takes you to a Verizon voicemail that doesn't work.  So he managed to find the main number at the main office in San Francisco, but he got the answering machine.  He didn't hear back at all but he's calling again tomorrow or Wednesday.
