I am having an ok day with little nausea, but terribly congested. How is everyone else doing?

Just wanted to say hi. I also had problems with congestion since I couldn't take Claritin D while pregnant. Try some saline spray. It works wonders!

Have you tried Sea Bands for the nausea? If it's not too bad, they may help - but they can be conspicuous. And a neti pot might help the congestion.
