    I took an all day one before DS was born and it was great!  DH remembered everything and was coaching me on the breathing techniues and they really helped!

    I delivered both kids there and had great experiences both times

    I had my daughter there last April and had a great experience.  I took almost all the classes they offered and thought they were great.
