Is it my turn yet???

All the March twin mommies on my other message boards have all given birth already or are being induced this week.  A couple of them lasted to 38 weeks, but the majority were 36 weeks or earlier.  Even the March singleton mommies on my boards are popping left and right.

I'm at 37 weeks (per OB - Peri always had me a couple days ahead - hence the ticker) and my Peri had recommended they not allow me to go past 38.  I'm soooo ready for some relief.  I was absolutely crushed this past Friday when my OB wouldn't talk induction dates w/ me, but supposedly it's something that will be addressed at my appt tomorrow.

I want to try for Friday.  It's a few days short of 38 weeks though...wish me luck they don't deny me!  I already feel bad that the girls will be born so close to my nephews bday (first week of March) as I don't want to steal his thunder.

    You are almost there, you are so close!  It is so great that you have carried your babies so long, yay!!  I hope you get your end date tomorrow.  I agree, it is very helpful to have something to look forward to, it makes the icky times seem not so bad.  Best of luck and hang in there :):)  You will likely be giving me this pep talk in a few months, I am already so uncomfortable, lol!

    I know you are uncomfortable and anxious to meet your little ones but keep them in as long as you can :)  Savor the quiet time, I was so anxioius to have my babies that I did not fully appreciate the boredom of the last few weeks - trust me you won't be getting any of it for a long time after they are born. :)

    Just wanted to say GL and hang in there. I too was sooo anxious (I went past my c/s date by almost a full week-talk about ants in pants!) but I look back and am soooo glad I went as long as I did.

    Hope your appt goes well tomorrow. Your babies will be here before you know it. Savor this last week or so of being pg...and SLEEP while you can!

    I take my imaginary hat off to you!!!  You are amazing for making it this far and I hope you get your wish and can meet your babies on Friday.  If not, I'm sure the pps are right that these are your last moments of piece and quiet for a long long time.
