1st b-day location

my LOs will be 1 in october... i know some time away but im excited!! DH and I use to live in Ocean County and both our families still do.  Since there is a divorce on DH side and my parents house is small i want to have the LOs 1st b-day party in NJ at a neutral location.  I was recently laid off so we dont have a lot of extra $$$ any thoughts???
