I read an article about how the Aborigine Society is not happy about it at all. They said the costumes and music are both completely off and they would rather not be "honored" in that way. lol.
i also loved how every other dance routine was a cowboy inspired dance. as far as the russian pair goes, why would you keep that routine if you knew leading into it how much everyone was hating on it. the crowd was practically booing them at the end
i am however, fascinated with ski-cross. it was like speed skating on the snow.

I thought I heard a ridiculous story the other day that the Russian pair had met with some First Nation reps and exchanged gifts or some such nonsense as damage control, upon arriving in Vancouver. WTF do First Nations in Canada have to do with Australian aborigines?

it was insane. picture apollo anton ohno on skis. a couple guys wiped out and it looked brutal.
