Anyone have experience with these???
We're going for the City Mini as our main stroller, but will need one for outdoorsy activities as well...
We have friends and family who LOVE the BOB -- but, it can't be made into a double if we have another one soon...which is the plan...
The Phil & Ted's can hold two babies at once...but, doesn't have the shocks that the BOB has...but, will apparently save us money in the long run...have had no experience outside the store with this one...
We're looking at the Baby Jogger Summit in hopes that our City Mini accessories will fit on the other stroller - we have no idea if that's the case or not...
Can anyone answer any of these questions...? All three are about $400...
Re: Baby Jogger Summit XC vs. BOB vs. Phil and Ted's
This, totally. I had the BOB with DD1 and loved it. Bought the P&T when DD2 came along and loathe it. Just poor quality and usabilty, IMO. The BOB is awesome and we still use it whenever we can. The P&T was a good stopgap for the first few mos, but now DD mostly walks anyway. And, for the money, a piece of junk. One thing to consider though is where you plan to use it/store it. The BOB is great if you plan to use it outdoorsy and can store set up in garage or something, but is probably too big to bring in the house. They are both a PITA to get in/out of the car. HTH!
