Sleep?

Its all my fault.  I like to rock LO to sleep, but she's getting to an age where I think she should start putting herself to sleep.  What method did you use, how did it go?

    healthy sleep habits, happy baby and ferber here.  be consistent is the most important thing for you and your lo's sleep habits.

    I have rocked DD to sleep almost every night since she came home from the NICU......yup, almost a year! DH and I decided to move her bed time up a few weeks ago (from 9:30-10 to 8-8:30) and since then, DD will not let me rock her to sleep.  I have to lay her down in her crib and she has been putting herself to sleep!  I don't want to jinx us.......but for us it has happened naturally (hopefully!) ::::finger's crossed and knocks on wood::::

    Most people will recommend Ferber......
