  Yes, it is.  The DSNG comes with 3 metal bars on it that you need to take off to make it work with the KeyFit 30.  Once the bars are removed, the carseats just rest on the other (plastic) bars that remain (then you use the strap to secure further).  Hope that makes sense.  There is a video on YouTube you can watch to see how it works, but it doesn't show you that you need to remove the bars (it makes it look like it comes without the metal bars on it, but ours had them already installed so we need to take them off).

  PS- Congrats on your boys!  I am just a few days behind you with twin boys as well!
