how many diapers do you go through

I want to take advantage of some good diaper sales & I'm trying to figure out how many diapers I'm going to need in certain sizes.  I'm sure I can always exchange unopened packages, but just wondering how many diapers you ladies go through in a day/week/month so I can try to guess.

    We went through 2-84ct packs of NB diapers.

    I have no idea how many 1s. Probably close to 800.

    We're starting size 2s when all of the 1s are gone.

    We are still in the 8-12/day range at 3 wks. We CD but these would be NB sized in sposies.

    sounds like I'm safe to stock up on some size 1's.  I think I got plenty of NB @ my baby shower yesterday.  Thanks ladies Big Smile

    If I had to guess, I'd say we go through approximately 10-12 diapers a day. We used NB ones up until this past week. We switched to size 1's once we ran out. The NB diapers still fit her just fine but I didn't want to buy anymore (we stocked up on size 1's months ago). The 1's are actually still pretty big on her - I have to fold the top down a bit.

    We go through about 12 a day. Kid pees A LOT. :D He was in NB for 3 weeks and we are about to go up to sz 2s, if his cloth diapers don't come in any sooner (ordered from Canada). Anyway, since he goes through so many, I decided to switch to cloth.

    Also, I stocked up on diapers before he was born and I wish I hadn't - I got Huggies, which don't fit, and now I have to return them all.

    Yes!  I HATE the Huggies we tried.  They leak all over.  We actually love the cheapo Target brand better than anything we have tried so far.

    I got home Huggies given to me by a friend and I also hated them. Thank goodness I only had her left overs because I'd be really annoyed to have wasted my money.
