Possibly Going Vegan?

So I had a long overdue with my cousin in LA this morning. She is the one I reference a lot about having lupus, going through IF for 10 yrs with 7 m/c and ended up adopting. Her and I are so much alike in means of medical hx and personal/life choices. She said she went vegan 2 yrs ago, lost 20 lbs and her lupus is now in remission. She told me I should really try it just to see if it can make a difference. Anyone else go vegan? Have any good recipes?

    I tried to go vegetarian after my cancer dx.  I didn't last longEmbarrassed.

    I do eat organic now and don't eat red meat anymore but it's a hard step.

    Way to go if you can do it.
