16 weeks pg with twins-cramping?

Hi all,

I am expecting twins and for the past 2-3 days have had a lot of pressure and cramping.  I went to see my dr-everything is fine, etc.  But, the pressure keeps getting worse-I almost wonder if it is gas/constip?  I also have started taking ferro sequel iron pills over the last week and a half.  I had off from work today and literally laid on the couch all day which is not like me.

 

Just wondering if I'm neurotic, if this is normal, or a combo of the 2.  Thanks.

    I had it too-- THE WHOLE TIME!! Also im taking fera sequal too- aftger about a week on it- it really helps with the consitpation!

    I have it too - it feels a bit like mild period cramps for me. My midwife twin specialist told me it is normal and is just everything expanding and making room.
