Woohoo!! I'm so excited. It took no time at all, I feel like we didn't even have to sign that much.

The down side - we had to replace the washer as well as the dishwasher (we found out on the final walkthrough that the washer leaked too). Soo we ordred both after closing so we'll be all set by Tuesday. But all and all, no big deal really. Big Smile

Tomorrow. Our lease is until the end of the month, but we wanted to get a jump since we really don't have to do much with the house (other than have those appliances installed).

Hopefully next week. There were a few things the appraiser wanted fixed which got corrected. Now we have to wait for him to come back out and then we can move forward.
