Besides getting my own paper, on good weeks I pick up a second paper from a bigger city (there are more coupons in that one). I look at www.sundaycouponpreview.com to find out if it's going to be worth picking up the extra paper.
Also, my mom picks up a paper or two each week and then gives me what she doesn't use.
Lastly, I'm part of a Yahoo! group coupon exchange. I get coupons mailed to me, go through them and pick out what I want, and then add more coupons and mail them on to the next person in my group.
Besides the paper, there's all kinds of printable coupon websites. You can print two copies of each coupon from a computer. If you're looking for a specific products' coupon, just do a search for it.
