No movement in 3 days followed by relief

I have been feeling our baby move for about 2 months and the movement had been following a consistent routine for the last month. Then in the last 2 weeks the baby started moving like CRAZY! I was thrilled to be feeling it all day, everyday! Then all of a sudden, the last 3 days...nothing, absolutely nothing. I was worried by the end of the 1st day, and needless to say you didn't want to even be around me on the 2nd and 3rd! I did everything they said to do to get the baby moving...I never want another glass of orange juice or ice water! Still...nothing! I finally called the doctor this morning and they told me to come right in. They couldn't get anything on the nonstress test since it is still a tad early for that so they switched to the doppler and found the beautiful heartbeat right away! As the nurse was trying to get the average the baby decided it would be best to start moving and kicking directly at the doppler! I don't know if the baby has stopped moving since!

    After a long weekend of shopping and walking around, I did not feel anything on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.  Called the doc and they said to try to lay still after eating and relax, have a little sugar. etc.  He started kicking at 11:00pm and it lasted FOREVER.  I woke up at 6:00am and I swear he was like the hampster in the wheel that runs and runs all night long...he was going crazy!!  Of course I had to call like an idiot and cancel my appt.

    I just had the same thing happen, and it seems our due dates are close. My LO refused to move for 3 days. It was so scary. I kept checking his HB on my doppler. Now after his 3 day break, he's back to moving all the time. So strange.
