Has anyone used shredded spaghetti squash instead of pasta? I found a recipe but not sure if it's worth trying.

I have! Only with spaghetti sauce though and I really liked it. It is not as filling as noodles (obviously) but I love it.

I love to eat it as a side dish/veggie. I have never had it in place of pasta but I bet it would be good.

How does the taste of squash compare to pasta with spaghetti sauce?

I'm thinking it may be safer to try it that way first.
