I like to mix goat cheese, basil, and roasted red pepper pieces and bake them in a phyllo cup. De-lish-ous.

I wanted a hearty one for a NYE party I went to and found this one for Corndog Muffins. Everyone loved them and I've made them a couple of times since.

Velveta block cheese, Spicy Jimmy Dean sausage browned seperately, Rotel. Mix everything in a double boiler. Bring a bag of tortilla chips and enjoy the deliciousness.
