I took the day off of work so I could catch up on errands and work and I still sent Callum to daycare.   I'm planning on picking him up early, but still....

    I don't blame you at all.  I am convinced that J has fun at daycare and it's nice to have time to get things done.  Now on the weekend you can spend more time together!

    Don't feel bad.  I 'm staying at home but sometimes my mil stays with J so  can run errands.  It's basically the same thing and I don't feel guilty at all.

    I did the same thing yesterday & it was amazing! :) I was able to get so much done & picked up my LO at 11am. Good for you!

    No flames here at all. I'm a WAHM but DS still has to be in daycare(I teach live online classes).  I often am done with work early and will run errands or clean the house or just take an hour to myself before picking DH up.  It makes me more relaxed and happy and as pp said, it give us more time with DS on the weekends.  Happy mommy=happy baby right?
