A nice chunk of carrot cake & decaf coffee Big Smile

DH ate some of the huge piece last night, plus sent some in his lunch, and now I'm eating it for breakfast! I'm definitely getting my monies worth out of this cake! lol

I figure its well rounded. Vegetables (carrots), protein (cream cheese frosting & nuts), fruit (raisins)...

I have a magnet on my fridge that says "in this house, carrot cake IS a vegetable"

I don't even like carrot cake, and that sounds good...

Maybe because all I've had this morning is 3 cups of coffee and some of Evan's banana!

mmmm!! I have to say that I was a little jealous when I saw that GINORMOUS piece of carrot cake they gave you last night. I would have loved carrot cake for breakfast this morning! Next time I'm definitely gonna consider going for the carrot cake
