Hi my name is Whitney and I'm not really in Orange County but it's as close as I'll get to a local board I guess. DH, our two daughters and I live in 29 Palms, Ca.
Are these local boards intended for expectant moms or just anyone in the local area?

It's for local moms (expecting or not).
Did you check the Inland Empire Board? I believe they're actually closer to 29 Palms than Orange County.
