Cable is the Devil

We got cable for the first time in more than 2 years so that my DH could watch the Olympics.  I, however, am addicted to it.  I think I've watched 4 hours of baby stories today alone.  I also got sucked into a Cake Boss marathon the other day and every show on HGTV.

One cool thing I saw though, a woman was having a baby through surogacy and she was able to induce lactation.  She pumped more milk than I was ever able to!

    I agree....it's so horrible :)  I wish we could do without it for the savings, but I'm way too addicted to certain shows/channels.

    My TV is on all day long. It's on the Today Show, then HGTV until DH takes it over when he gets home. It's disgusting. I don't even watch it that much...but can't stand not having it on.

    I think I could handle just having the local stations - but I really don't want to try.

    I love my cable...its so helpful at 3 am feedings...criminal minds and nick at night..
