Hey ladies,
I'm looking for a particular stroller that I'm not even sure exists, as I have yet to find one that exactly meets what I'm looking for. Below is my list of specifications.
3 wheels (or the front 2 can be closer together than the back two)
Option of swivel front wheels or locking them to be still
Ability to attach a carseat to create a travel system
Handle or seat reversal
Let me know if you have any suggestions!!
Re: Picky stroller recommendations?
Closest I've seen is the Bumbleride Indie:

Doesn't look like it has a reversible handle, though:-(
I don't think it is possible to have a 3-wheeled stroller that has a reversible handle (it wouldn't steer when you reverse the handle b/c the single wheel would be in the back).
I am pretty sure that if you want something that allows baby to face out or to face you, you will need to get a 4 wheeled stroller.
The Bumbleride Flyer does, but it has four wheels.
med-free birth x2, breastfeeding, baby wearing SAHM

Otherwise I'd go with the Baby Jogger City Mini or Bumbleride Indie (my top two picks as well!). You can get a bassinet/carry cot for both so the baby can be facing you like a traditional pram when they're really little. This is one reason why I like these two a lot! They also have infant seat adapters.
I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always,
As long as I'm living my baby you'll be.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't reverse.
Also, not that is matters, but I hear Quinny's are horrible. I posted in another thread that I have 4 friends that got a Quinny and all 4 sold on Craigslist within the first 3 months of actually using it.
This graco Flip it stroller may be an option...

It has the reversible handle, the lockable wheels (has four though), and it's a travel system. This stroller has really good reviews, there's also a different color scheme at Target I believe. GL!
Exactly what we were looking for!! Thank you so much for the link! I'd never heard of this one before and it fits exactly what we're needing!! Thank you again!
They actually do reverse.
I've heard mixed things on them, too. The basket (or lack thereof) is what bugs me about it.
The Quinny 3 wheels are really cheap right now at Albee Baby, but they get either really great reviews or really horrible reviews. I almost bought one, but after the reviews decided against it. The handlebar does not reverse, but you can flip the seat to face you or out.
I have a Bugaboo Frog, the handlebar does reverse, but it is shitty to steer it when you flip the bar and lead with the big wheels so it is fairly pointless. You can take the seat on and off to have baby face you or out to lead with the swivel front wheels. I love my Frog.
The Baby Jogger City Select is looking pretty sweet though, I'm infatuated with it. I love all the options and it can be a single or a double stroller which is incredible if you plan on expanding your family. The stroller runs about $500 and it is extra for the add on 2nd seat.
There is the Peg-Perego Pilko Switch.
It has four wheels though, The wheels do swivel and lock.
You can remove the stroller part of it from the base and attach the car seat to it.
The stroller part of it is reversible (which is great)
It's a great stroller, and quite sturdy. It's on the expensive side but I love mine along with the Peg Perego Viaggio SIP as the car seat.
