Pediatrician Recommendations?

I'm starting to try and get a feel for pediatricians around the Columbus area. If any of you ladies have any recommendations, I would appreciate it!

Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations for you, I'm replying becuase no one else has,... but maybe try posting on the 0-3 board asking if anyone is from Columbus would get you an answer? I don't think a lot of regulars check this board.

We have been going to Rainbow Pediatrics in New Albany. All the doctors there are very nice and they have walk-ins every morning for an hour and one night a week.

i go to pediatric associates (whitehall, dr robert lee), they have 4 offices in the area...saw DD for jaundice 3 days after she was born (i called the morning of)...have separate waiting rooms, for different ages...open saturdays...give you welcome kit which includes a little book that you bring with you to each appointment & nurse will log baby weight, height & vaccines in it...cant complain

I definitely recommend Dr. Richard Kern in Gahanna. He is a great! He actually spent about 30 min in the exam room just talking with me about some concerns I had for my daughter when she was an infant!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Hand in Hand Pediatrics in Dublin. All the doctors are super nice and really easy to talk to. Plus, the nurse is also a lactation consultant, which makes it super helpful. I've called them quite a few times with various issues (I often feel like "that mom") and they're always very prompt and friendly in calling me back.

We are really happy with Stephen Canowitz at Canyon Medical Center, he's in building 4 at Mount Carmel East. He emails us! We don't have to go through the front desk for anything but check in. It's fabolous! https://www.canyonmc.com/index.html

I've been really really happy with Rainbow Pediatrics in Dublin. I've had no problem getting in for last minute appointments when DS has been sick, and have very little wait for his well visit appointments. We've seen the nurse practitioner there (Alicia Plymale) since day one and she's wonderful. I was a nervous wreck at first and she always takes time to answer every question I have.
