I am new here...

I just called a PPD help line to determine if this is what I have. She had so much empathy in her voice and said everything was going to be ok.

I burst into tears. I am still teary seeing how supportive you all are. Why can't I stop crying, dammit.

    One day at a time. You did the right thing by seeking help and support, and I promise, the crying and tears will soon be replaced with smiles and laughter.

    I love this board. When I'm having an off day (like today) it helps to come here and just know there are others out there like me too. I love hearing the women support each other and I love sharing what I am going through too. Welcome!! :)
