Happy birthday to me...[vent]

So my birthday's today and it totally sucks. I have no real friends or family up here to go out with since all my family is in California. My husband has school tonight, and didn't even tell me happy birthday this morning..and when I went off on him, his excuse was, well because we went out to dinner last night [we went with his parents cuz he had school tonight] I thought that yesterday was your birthday and didn't even think about it this morning. So I was sad and then I kept getting calls from all of my family asking me if I was having a good day and if I was doing anything tonight...and of course I said no and yada yada yada. Hubby didn't get me anything for my birthday [not that I'm materialistic, but a card or a flower or something would have made me feel special especially cuz he didn't get me anything for valentines day..we didn't even go out for dinner] so then, when I got home from getting my nails done..[that was my bday present to myself] he tells me that after he's done with school tonight, he's going out with his dad to a blues show at a tavern and he wont be home till 10. So even if I had wanted to go out to dinner just him and I....I now cant. I must say..this is a verrry crappy birthday. And now on to keep my child from hurting himself....Oh, on the bright side..at least the weather was gorgeous today

I'm really sorry. No fun at all. I wish it was not so late or I would meet you for Coldstone! I can totally understand your lonliness because we just moved here and I have no friends too. Hang in there. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Aw, I'm sorry you had a crummy day. Both of you should come to one of our playdates if you're near the Beaverton/Tanasbourne/Hillsboro area. We're trying to have them every Thursday. Soontobe05 is coordinating!
