I can't handle anything anymore

I'm such a tool. At lunch today I heated up the chicken to put on my salad. Then I snapped the lid back on the container to go downstairs and meet a coworker to eat. The damn container like vacuum-sealed itself as it cooled, and I could not get the lid off to save my life. It took all my self-control to not throw it at the wall to get it open.

Finally, I had to go back upstairs, stick it back in the microwave and heat it back up to get the lid off, and miss the rest of my lunch hour w/ my friend. I seriously could've cried. I need to get a grip.

    It's always the little things for me.  When I had the c/p, it was the worst week ever.  I didn't betray any emotion all week, until I was told my car needed new tires and I totally freaking lost it.

    Seriously, why do we do this? It's like we don't want to admit what's really bothering us. We'd rather pretend the truly upsetting thing in our lives is new car tires and a lunch container that won't open.

    For me, I think it's partly because in a way, I feel like  "can't the universe just make this easy on me when everything else is so hard?"  It just really seems so unfair. 

    Why can't we just be given a free pass while we have to go through all of this crap?

    oh, honey. Hugs to you. Some of the most craziest things makes us wanna go in the corner and cry. It just plain sucks.

    Drink wine and eat chocolate! Those are cure alls for every ailment.Drinks
