Anyone have a good one? I have haddock(I think). I would prefer something breaded, but it doesn't have to be, as long as it has good flavor and takes away from the taste of the fish

Re: fish recipes?
Oooh. I tried a good one a while ago & we loved it. Here's a rough idea of it.
Mix together: butter, mayo, parmesan cheese & 2tsp lemon juice. I added a little garlic too. Set aside.
Broil the fish until almost done. Top with above mixture & place back in broiler for 3-4 min. The butter melts & the parmesan gets all crispy on top. Mmmmm. It was so good! I don't really measure anything-I think it was 1/2c parmesan & 2 tbsp each of mayo & butter. But you can play with it according to how much fish you have.
Yep, I've done this one only I leave out the mayo. It's great!
If you want it breaded, get some almond meal (or throw almonds in the food processor). Crack an egg into a bowl, add a little bit of water and almond meal until it's the desired consistency, then dredge the fish in it. Or you can just dredge the fish in the egg and then coat w/ hte almond meal.
this. DH grills all kinds of fish (salmon, halibut, ect.) in tin foil with seasoning. You can basically use any seasoning you like, DH's fav is a little olive oil and pepper.... I think. I'm not sure, I don't eat. But grilled fish usually doesn't taste as fishy, so thats a good way to try if you don't like fish.
