can I have a MIL vent, please?

So, MIL and I are FB friends and she usually leaves me alone and just comments on pics of DS.  But last night, she crossed the FB line and I am still fuming about it.

I made my FB status say something about how DS is finding his voice and won't stop yelling.  I did an "lol" after it and everyone was commenting how cute it was and isn't it exciting when they start doing that, etc.  Well, I got a notification that MIL commented on my status, but when I went to go look, it wasn't there.  So I checked my email since I recieve emails whenever someone comments and it was in there.  Well, this is what is said "Aw, bring him to Mimi.  I'll listen to him and love on him"  WTF was that supposed to mean?  Apparently to her I was complaining about the yelling, which I wasn't!  So I guess she thought that it must have sounded rude and she deleted it.  But the joke is on her... I saw it anyway thanks to my email!  She is always like this.  Instead of saying she is coming to visit DS, she says "I'm coming to check on him"... yes, b/c I am horrible mother or something and he needs you to come rescue him.

So, to my MIL... if your gonna be rude to me on FB, have the balls to leave it up so everyone can see what an a$$ you are, thank you!

I retaliated with this status update :  - loves to hear Austin babble, laugh and yes, I even LOVE the yelling!!

    My MIL is the same way, and it makes me CRAZY. Where do they get off being all possessive over something that does not belong to them!!??

    exactly!  she actually just FB chatted me and asked "how is our little one doing"  OUR little one?  I wasn't aware I had a baby with you...

    I hate when my MIL does it but have not problem with my mom doing it... so I tend to realize I am sensitive and back down a little.

    I finally blocked MIL from my statuses, she can comment all she wants on pics and videos but I don't want to have to censor myself because she is weird.
